Not in your comfort zone. But also not way outside your comfort zone. Growth happens right outside your comfort zone.

On the outer edges of what you think you can accomplish.

Just beyond what you think you can lift.

A mile further than you had ever run before.

Finishing that sentence as loudly as when you started it.

Having that uncomfortable conversation that has been brewing inside you.

The more you operate outside your comfort zone, the easier it gets. The longer you do it, the more the results show. And when you see the results, you're going to be hooked on the progress.

You just have to start. And then keep going.

Right outside your comfort zone.
