A Wise Old Owl
Here is a great poem I've been thinking about lately.
A wise old Owl
Sat on an oak.
The more he saw,
The less he spoke.
The less he spoke,
The more he heard.
Why can’t we be
Like that wise old bird?
I hear this was a favorite poem of John Rockefellers. I did a bit of digging about the author, but its authorship seems to be unconfirmed.
A great poem, regardless.
