Sometimes Rich

Always rich seems exhausting.

You’re introducing a level of expectation into your life that can be hard to meet. Trying to meet those expectations presents a constant battle with both “rich” norms and yourself.

Want to drive a cheap car? What are the neighbors going to think?
Live in a small house? Do you not care about your family?
Camping vacation? Are you struggling that badly?

I’ve seen many people spend most of their "rich lives" battling expectations they placed upon themselves. It seems exhausting.

Sometimes rich is great though.

Spend a large amount on the things that matter to you. Think about what’s important to you and then invest in the things and experiences that matter to you.
Enjoy them without hesitation. That’s your sometimes rich life.

With everything else, don’t give a shit. Live in a small house. Drive a cheap car, wear cheap clothes, eat simple food, or vacation in a tent.

Be unapologetic about the things that are not important to you.

It’s your life. It’s your wealth. Spend it on what matters to you and no one else.

Ps. Everyone's sometimes rich life should be different. So this could mean your sometimes rich life is living in a huge house or driving a luxury car. That's different from my sometimes rich life, making it so great.
