Beanies

I'm not a minimalist, even though I sometimes play one on the Internet. I have enough shirts, sweaters, beanies, hoodies, wool socks, hats, jackets, and bags to last me a lifetime.

Yet you'll often/usually see me wear the same kind of outfit over and over.

Unlike my dear wife and child, picking outfits isn't fun for me. It doesn't stress me out, but it just feels like an unnecessary use of time.

Fun fact: I used to feel the same way about getting haircuts, so I always shaved my head. Looking back, I maybe should have enjoyed haircuts and styles for a bit longer when I could.

C'est la vie.

However, I still love wearing the same thing over and over - probably for two reasons.

1. I spend zero time picking outfits.
2. I am building my personal brand through repetition and consistency. I'll never be remembered as the most well-dressed man in the world.

But you'll likely remember the beanies.
